Apple Picking Do's & Don'ts
We love sharing our orchard with you! To keep our trees healthy for years to come and ensure everyone has a great visit, please follow these simple guidelines during your picking adventure.
Keep your feet on the ground. Apple trees are fragile and can only hold the weight of the fruit. Don’t climb.
Grab apples gently and twist before you pull.
Only pick ripe apples. Areas roped off need more time on the branch to sweeten.
Look high and look low – apples hide in the middle of the tree too!
Be kind to the trees and our family volunteers!
